First Sign of Evo-Gene Activity: On October 9, 2014 during a routine bank robbery with his brother, Julius began to liquefy everything he touched. Leading up to his arrest and the beginning of his criminal mind.

Powers: Julius has the unique ability to alter the molecular structure of an object, thus, making it possible to turn a solid into a liquid, and a liquid into a solid, simply with the blink of an eye. He is so adept in this ability that he can even turn a human body into "stone," but, because of the human bodies complexity requires concentration to do this, and doesn't work on Evo-Sapiens. He is even able to stop bullets by liquifying them before they hit.

Abilities: Highly experienced in many forms of hand-to-hand combat, such as "Jujutsu" "Muay Thia" "American Martial Arts" and "Street Fighting." Very skilled in many forms of conventional weaponry. His reaction time is highly enhanced to to rigorous training. Skilled technological hacker do to his thievery.
